In response to the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, we’ve prepared a new constitution which was ratified at the recent AGM (July 2025). This is part of Tennis NZ’s wider effort to modernise tennis and ensure everyone is safe, included, and connected through the Modernising Tennis Plan.
The new constitution meets legal requirements and supports club growth and sustainability. There are links within the document that help explain the changes.
