So you want to play tennis at Torbay!

What a great decision. We are a small, fun and friendly club and we offer a variety of ways you can play.

Club Tennis Sessions

Monday Night Ladies (6.30 – 8.30pm).  Our growing female base has allowed us to start a ladies-only session on Mondays. Come along and have some fun.

Tuesday Mens Night (7-9pm) A slightly more competitive night of tennis, this is only available for full members. Whats App group is available.

Wednesday Night Mixed Adult Social (6 – 9pm).  Friendly mixed doubles to suit all levels.

Thursday Morning Mens Coffee Group (730am – 9am) Medium to advanced grade social tennis group. We follow the tennis with a coffee at a local cafe.

Membership Options

Adult Membership $305 (+$25 for a key)

This gets you everything. You can play anytime there are courts available at Torbay Tennis Club, book courts to play tennis with other members, participate in the Tennis Northern Interclub Competition and join us at Club tennis sessions.

Couples $420 (+$25 for a key)

This is designed for couples and gives you both the same access as the Full Adult Membership (must be a real couple).

Junior Membership $130 (+$25 for a key)

Full Junior Membership. Enjoy unlimited play during the 12 month season. You may book courts online and access the courts during club hours by purchasing a key. Juniors can access group coaching with Club Coach Jason Hart, additional charges apply.

Family Membership $570 (+$25 for a key)

Family Membership of 2 Adults and up to 3 Juniors. Full Membership. Enjoy unlimited play during the 12 month season. You may book courts online and access the courts during club hours by purchasing a key. (Family living in the same household of two Adults and up to 3 Juniors)

Other Membership Options

We also offer some limited-play memberships. Choose to join one or both sessions and get ready for some fun.

Wednesday Night Adult Social $99 (6 – 9pm)

Wednesday night social is a friendly mixed doubles night run by Shae. Players are rotated every 20 minutes or so to give everyone a fun night of tennis regardless of your level. At $99 it is perfect for those who want a more casual commitment or those just getting back into the game. Whats App group is available. 6-7pm is beginners and 7-9pm is intermediate.

Thursday Morning Mens Coffee Group $99 (7.30 – 9am)

Medium to advanced grade social tennis group. We follow the tennis with a coffee at a local cafe. Thursday morning only 7.30am – 9am. No use of the courts outside of this session.

1st Year Women $100

Special Membership for first time women members to Torbay Tennis club. Full Adult Membership. Enjoy unlimited play during the 12 month season. You may book courts online and access the courts during club hours by purchasing a key.

2nd Year Women $150

Special Membership for 2nd year women members to Torbay Tennis Club

Tertiary Student $175

Student Membership for tertiary students. Full Adult Membership. Enjoy unlimited play during the 12 month season. You may book courts online and access the courts during club hours by purchasing a key.

Seniors – Gold Card $275

Reduced price for Gold Card holders. Full Adult Membership. Enjoy unlimited play during the 12 month season. You may book courts online and access the courts during club hours by purchasing a key.

Multi Club Member $145

If you are a member of another club you can join Torbay as an affiliated club member. This gives you the same access as a full adult member. Proof of membership must be provided.

Adult Beginners 

For those adults who are just starting out or need a refresher then Monday and Tuesday nights with Coach Jason are perfect. Contact Jason for more info
